Impact “Quotes” to help business confidence & progression

3 quotes – I love sharing:

1) If you are not uncomfortable – you are not growing.” 

I heard this 15 years ago during a week-long women’s leadership course with a fantastic group of 40 women from other #Coca-Cola offices around the world.  

At the time this quote was novel, but nowadays I hear it frequently. 

But I STILL share it the most….. especially when I am talking to people & clients who struggle with business confidence.

So try to …..become comfortable ……with being uncomfortable.

2) “The only thing constant….is change.” 

If that is the case, then you must also get comfortable with change, as it’s un-avoidable….

…AND critical to growth.

Good news…we are built to adapt. 

Trust that if try to tackle the hard things, you will figure things out as you go.
